Individual (UAE Resident)- Emirates ID, UAE driving license, passport & visa copy.
UAE Citizen: Driving license and National ID.
Individual GCC Citizen: National ID, GCC driving license.
Individual ( Visit Visa): Passport and visa copy, home country/international driving license.
In all the above cases, credit card is mandatory for hiring vehicles.
Please obtain a police report. PARAMOUNT will provide a replacement vehicle once the police report is obtained by the customer. However, if applicable, insurance excess has to be borne by the user if at fault. No charges are applicable if the user is not at fault. The vehicle cannot be repaired without the police report for accident or any damage on the vehicle.

The user is liable to obtain a police report for hit & run (damages caused by an unknown party) cases also. Insurance excess for hit & run cases have to be paid by the user, as applicable. PARAMOUNT will provide a standby vehicle after the user provides the police report.
The validity of the accident report to open an insurance claim is 7 days from the date of issue of the report. In case if the police report is expired, the user will have to pay AED 80 approx to re-validate the police report. Police report, along with copies of driving licence, Emirates ID, passport & visa page are mandatory for an insurance claim.

All PARAMOUNT vehicles have comprehensive insurance which includes Personal Accident Insurance and 3rd party liability coverage for property damage for 1 million AED.
Insurance excess charges vary based on the type of vehicle (from 750 to 1500 AED when the user is at fault; for hit & run, it ranges from 350 to 500 AED).
For Daily and Weekly rental: 300 Km/day and 1800 Km/ week.
For Monthly: varies from 3500km to 5000km, based on mutual agreement with the user. The rental rate depends upon the mileage band.
Any excess usage will lead to an extra mileage charge which varies from AED 0.50 to AED 0.80 per Kilometre, based on the type of vehicle.
PARAMOUNT has a large fleet of small vehicles (5 door Hatchback), regular & premium sedans, compact and large SUVs including passenger Buses (13 to 33 seaters). Most of these vehicle are 1-2 year old and are maintained in Dynatrade’s state-of-the-art workshop or with the agency only.
It is based on the type of rental terms agreed with customers.
Yes, the user can take the vehicle outside UAE but limited to Oman only, however prior permission from PARAMOUNT has to be obtained to extend the insurance for Oman. A nominal fee will be charged for this additional insurance.
Individuals, Corporates, Tourism Service Providers and Aggregators.
The minimum age is 25 years, however, if the age is below 25 and above 21, prior approval from insurance company is required and in case of accident additional 10% excess amount on the cost of repair has to be borne by driver if at fault.
The user can avail Collision Damage Waiver, with a minor additional cost, through which the user is not liable to pay any Insurance excess for accident repair.
All vehicles for renting and Leasing are fitted with the Salik tag and the user is liable to pay the actual Salik fee + service charges of AED1/ crossing.
Similarly, all traffic fines will be directly paid by PARAMOUNT and will be charged to the user along with Dubai Government Knowledge fees of AED20 + service charge of AED50 for every fine.
Yes, PARAMOUNT can provide door delivery & collection and also provides replacement vehicle at the customer’s location.
Yes, it is allowed (except adventure sports, desert driving and harsh application). The user can obtain the specific information from the PARAMOUNT reservation team.
We work 6 days a week (Saturday to Thursday) from 8 am to 6 pm. However, we have a 24/7 team for support.
The user has to pay the parking fees. Most of the parking in UAE have parking fees which the user can pay either through SMS or by obtaining a parking ticket from the nearest parking machine. Parking charges vary according to the parking zones in UAE. The user must ensure that the parking ticket is properly displayed in the car or parking message confirmation is received to avoid a parking fine.
